I was minding my own business, working hard. For years I noticed all of the "2012" stories buzzing around me. Most of time these stories were very ungrounded - especially in the negative. As an astrologer, people would ask me, "Are we heading toward the end times?", .. etc. Many times I noticed ideas and fears were mixed with conspiracy theories of all sorts - (the government, NASA, reptilian agendas, Bilderberg group) yes I have heard them all. Also there are natural disaster fears, Sunspots, the Heliosphere, comets, Planet "X" on thing or other. 

Usually the same folks who were frightened to death about the conspiracies would take solace in some untenable "salvation" story involving Aliens, UFO's, the age of Aquarius, Higher Ascension or somehow we were all going to magically become enlightened.

2012 seemed to be a catch all for all of the kooky ideas of the New Age. This New Age spirituality does not understand karma, dharma and the need to put forth effort in order to grow spiritually and work though our salvation - so these ungrounded theories were/are attractive. In this New Age drama, rather than being victims of some shadow fate / conspiracy, we will be saved by a shadowy enlightenment. 

I realized I had to start speaking out about it (in the midst of WAY TOO MANY THINGS TO DO). But I realized I have a very unique perspective. Not only do i understand the astronomy, as I regularly teach these things to my students, but I also understand the Astrology (how to interpret this in a mystical way). Also I am a Vedic scholar, with over 25 years of Vedic study.

I realized how ever well-meaning other 2012 scholars may be, they simply lack a complete system to interpret what they see AND they are not astrologers. You see, Mayan culture is terribly incomplete compared to the Vedic system and Astrology is a lifetime pursuit. 

We cannot interpret astronomical placements without astrological understanding and expect to have any real spiritual wisdom result. Also, we cannot reach back into the mists of time, trying to interpret the intentions of a spiritually advanced culture like the Mayans without a system. That system must come from the Vedic people, the only "in tact" ancient system we have.  

So I began doing lectures on the topic and people really responded to it and started telling others.. pretty soon I was getting offers to speak all over the country.. that is what is happening now.

I realized this is a great opportunity for everyone to better understand and re-connect to their place in the Cosmos. The reason we are on the precipice of unprecedented change (and collapse) is due to this utter and complete disconnect we have from the natural cycles and rhythms of nature.

MY BIG DILEMMA,... A Deeper Connection to YOU

Since this subject is so important and so vast (yet not hard to understand), it needs to be explained in more depth than i can accomplish in a workshop or even two. I need to be able to give you the materials to study.. with visual aids and other things. That is what I have done. 

A Great Future To Create

Once you see the truth of this New 2012 Paradigm, you will be able to proceed empowered. As always YOU HAVE A CHOICE --  to follow fear or love. I also hear people who say "I am not worried about 2012, I trust it will all work out". That is fine, but unless you understand the amazing universal truths that are happening with your world and Solar System and Galaxy, you are also are missing a great opportunity - in my opinion.

Comforted by a shallow and uninformed "faith" or perspective is really not good enough for these times. We need to know what is happening in this world as there are going to be hard choices to make and we need to face things squarely and know what we are dealing with.  

As i said, i was just minding my own business - teaching classes and going along. Like you, I just wanted to keep the "happy train" rolling. But duty called me - and it is calling you also. Not only will this knowledge invigorate you, but once you understand these things you will be a calming and reassuring presence in the lives of those around you. I have been so fulfilled seeing and hearing the power others feel, even after a 90 minute workshop where they just grasp the most basic concepts of the astronomy and astrology of 2012.  

Where Do You Go From Here? 

So friend, where do you go from here? That is the big question.   We have to create the future, not fear it. We must embrace this new paradigm not insulate ourselves with crazy "Armageddon" ideas on one hand or "We will all magically become enlightened" on the other. 

We need to return to a world culture that understands the reason for life and lives in harmony with nature. That begins with an understanding of the planet we live on and the Solar System we inhabit. 

This greater understanding of the Solar system and the sacred planets that create life are the heart of what is really happening now in the world and the phenomenon known (and hyped) as 2012. 

Frankly, i think everyone needs to know this and reconnect to the magic and mystery of life on Earth.
